Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. All sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses, are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges. At Threads The Shop, we aim to please! We hope you love your purchase, but if not, feel free to send it back! Items are eligible for return if the garment is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered with any original tags still attached. SALE/CLEARANCE items, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE ONLY. No returns will be accepted on these items.
To receive a full refund for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date according to tracking info. Items that are returned outside of this window will be received for store credit only. Anything returned after 14 days cannot be returned.
Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt.
